What is PSB+? 

PSB+ is a subscription service designed to provide players, parents, and coaches with basketball workout/fitness and educational content.

What is included in PSB+?

What qualifications does PSB+ have? 

PSB+ is owned and operated by Pro Skills Basketball. Pro Skills Basketball is the premier youth basketball organization in the United States. With over 150 AAU Club Teams and 100+ Camps each year, PSB is a member of the prestigious Jr. NBA Flagship Network, which means we are one of 15 best-in-class youth basketball organizations in the United States.

I have a medical condition or am injured. Can I still join PSB+?

Please consult with your doctor or general practitioner before commencing PSB+.

What is the difference between the monthly and annual subscriptions? 

About a 17% savings ($40 off)! The monthly and annual subscriptions receive the exact same membership except the monthly is billed on a monthly basis and the annual is billed once per year. With the annual option, you save about 17% for investing in a year's worth of your best yoga practice. The annual subscription also gets a 30-day free trial while the monthly subscription gets a 14-day free trial.

I signed up for a free trial, but now I am being charged. What happened?

Free trials only last for a certain period of time before converting into full-fledged subscription accounts. Your free trial period has simply expired and you will now be billed monthly or yearly according to the pricing you agreed to when activating your free trial.

What happens after I join PSB+?

After you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with your login credentials, access links, and everything you need to know about your account. Once you sign up, you will have access to the PSB+ content immediately. You can sign in using your login credentials on the member’s site at psbplus.com and also within the PSB+ iOS and Android apps! 

How is PSB+ different from what's already on YouTube? 

PSB+ not only houses all of our drill videos on YouTube but arranges them within exclusive workouts and programs. Also, PSB+ subscribers get exclusive access to guided workout videos, guided audio workouts, and live workouts. This robust library includes all of PSB’s best content!

How do I create a favorites list?

To add a video to your Favorites list click on the little star that appears under the video. To delete a video from your Favorites list play the video and click the star again. It will then be removed from your list.

My video doesn’t playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on many factors including the computer/device being used, the internet browser, internet connection quality, and many other variables. If there are playback issues, try viewing the video in a different web browser. If that doesn’t help, try using a different computer/device and making sure your internet connection is strong. These are usually the simple fixes for playback issues you may have.

Additionally, some older versions of Android (prior to version 4.3) did not manage secure video playback well. This is an Android issue which can easily be resolved by ensuring you have the latest version of Android installed on your device along with Google Chrome. Some Android devices, such as Samsung phones, come with a custom browser that does not support secure video playback. Please ensure you are actually running Google Chrome on your Android device.

More tips to help playback issues:

1. Make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection. We recommend a minimum download speed of 10Mbps for smooth playback.

2. Try refreshing your browser, or switching to a modern browser like Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

3. Restart your wireless router or modem.

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

How do I update my credit card?

Changing your credit card information is easy. Sign in to PSB+, then follow these simple steps:

MY ACCOUNT > Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. By canceling your membership, you are forgoing any “locked-in” discounted rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.

Once you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month. Your login will remain active and your account will be set to expire at the end of your payment period. Once expired, you will no longer have access to PSB+ and any associated features.

Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, simply follow the steps mentioned below:

If you have signed up via the PSB+ website: You will need to cancel your subscription through your account settings after logging in at www.psbplus.com, click "account" from the menu then "billing" then "change plan" and finally "cancel membership" 

If you signed up with in-app subscriptions please follow the instructions for your device below:

Apple: Head into your settings on your phone > iTunes & App Store > Click your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription

I am not using my subscription, can I get a refund? 

We offer a 14-day full-refund for PSB+ members who signed up for the yearly membership plan. Contact us at admin@proskillsbasketball.com within 14 days of the original sign-up date to request your refund. Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds for the monthly membership plans, free trials, or special promo/discounted annual rates. 

I can’t remember my password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Sign In” from the menu. You will be taken to the Sign In page. Click “Forgot Password”, enter your email address when prompted, and click “Send Instructions”. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into PSB+, you can change your password by selecting MY ACCOUNT > PASSWORD in the menu.

I clicked on the “forgot password” link but never received a password reset email. What do I do?

Try checking to see if it was accidentally sorted into your spam folder in your inbox. Also, make sure that the email you’re checking is the same as the one used on your account. If all else fails, contact us at admin@proskillsbasketball.com and we’ll assist you in getting back in.
